Navigate to User Administration

Go to the user administration pageAdmin -> Users

Click 'New User'

Fill Out Required Information

If the user already has a Titanbase account registered to the email address you enter, your organization will be added to their list of available orgs.
If the user does not have an account they will receive an email from notifications@titanbase.app with login information.
As a general rule, if a user is already a part of another organization, they should merge their accounts into one for easier access.
